Vidur Bhalla, (joined Bernard Herold & CO., Inc. in 1986 and has an extensive background and expertise in asset management providing portfolio management services to individuals, business entities, trusts, estates, pension and profit sharing plans, charitable organizations, foundations and other institutions on a discretionary basis.

He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, General Securities Principal, and a Registered Options Principal. Vidur currently serves as a Director of Mission For Vision (USA) Inc., which is a registered charity providing vision healthcare in developing countries.

Vidur graduated with a degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics in Bombay India, and received his MBA in Finance from the Lubin Graduate School of Business at Pace University in New York.
